Tooth Coloured Restorations
Here at Novo Dental Studio we don’t fill teeth, we restore them. The most common dental restoration material is composite resin which is a tooth-coloured restoration material. Composite resin has been used for many decades now and gives a fantastic aesthetic result for tooth coloured restorations.
In some cases when restoring a tooth, the restoration required may be too large for a composite restoration and may require an alternative treatment such as CEREC or crown.
CEREC Restorations
If a tooth has a larger cavity that cannot be filled by a conventional composite restoration, a ceramic onlay is a less invasive alternative to crowns that can preserve more of the natural tooth structure.
Another benefit of CEREC is that it uses a single block of solid ceramic materials instead of pressed ceramic and metal. CEREC restorations can withstand moderate chewing so yours will last for years. The lifespan of a CEREC restoration is longer than similar work with traditional methods. In addition, the colour of CEREC ceramic is closer to the colour of your natural teeth, which will make your restoration virtually unnoticeable.

In Chair Whitening
The Whitening process we use at Novo Dental Studio is an internationally recognized Whiteness HP Blue with a desensitizing action which prevents dental hypersensitivity resulting from procedures with whitening agents.
This is an in-chair whitening system that we begin here at the Studio, and you continue at home using the custom whitening trays we make for you.
